Space !!! These flats are way above HK standards, and way larger than HK hotel rooms. They advertise for 700 sqft (65 sqm) but in reality, they're closer to 430 sqft (40 sqm) in reality with is already bigger than a 5* hotel room at twice the price (I used my iPhone and Lidar to sketch a quick real size floorplan which is quite accurate). During my first stay, I was upgraded to 1000 sqft (95 sqm), which is close to 70 sqm.

I liked the size of the room, except for the kitchen, it was very small, but the rest of the room was a good size for me and my family. The room attendant was very thorough with the cleaning, and always kept our bed and room clean. The room was adequately quiet, although there's some noise coming from the construction nearby. I also liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom.

Mena the housekeeping is a very helpful lady, my mother escaped my room and was found by the management and team and promplty returned her to me. The space was amazing and the location was perfect for meeting friends and family as well as the fabulous bars and restaurants nearby

It’s huge ! I lived in smaller apartments in Hong Kong! Nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and not too far from the escalators.
